Shipping & Returns Policy

Dispatch Timeline

Orders submitted before 2:00 PM AEST (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) ship the same day via Couriers Please (Sydney Metro), Star Track Express (outside Sydney), or Australia Post (remote areas). Warehouse pickups available 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM weekdays.

Damage Claims

Inspect items upon delivery. For transit damage, notify us within 48 hours with photos. Faulty or damaged items qualify for replacement or refund within seven days.

Return Process

A Return Authorisation number is required before sending items back. Email sales@stickylabels.store with your invoice. Products must be in original, resalable packaging clearly labeled with the RA number.

Refund Issuance

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect returned items. Credit is issued back to your card.
